Specifically I’ll look at the following:

2. Analytics: Knowing where your traffic comes from goes a long way to understanding how to monetize. We’ll look at commercial vs non-commercial traffic, what Google loves you for, how visitors navigate through your site but most importantly how to use your analytics to make business decisions.

3. Messaging: Does your online messaging lend to an audience of buyers? We’ll look at your social media efforts and online presence to see if we’re headed toward money.


4. SEO: Search Engine Optimization is a source of leverage in your business. Let’s see what you need to do to leverage SEO the best for your monetization efforts.

5. Ash Trays: Let’s look at the parts of your site that no one cares about. Do we change things or get rid of them altogether.

6.Social Media: Our goal with social media is community, engagement, monetization. Let’s look at your social media presence and determine if you’re properly filtering the audience to your website. Let’s look at messaging, pre-selling, engagement and money

7. Sales Funnel: Let’s examine the sales funnel from before the person knows you exist to the time they’ve spent $1,000 with you. How did it happen? How much of it was on purpose. How do we improve it or replicate it.
