Dan R Morris, the mind behind Common Sense Revenue, has been using online tools to drive revenue since 2008. Dan spends his time working with bloggers to increase their revenue, improve their quality of life and time with family (without revenue loss), reduce their economic dependency on one source, and help them create a business that’s both scalable and leveraged.

Dan has been working online since 2008 when he got involved with the marketing of an antioxidant nutritional supplement. Through radio and TV infomercials curious customers would research the product and buy it online. Dan worked on marrying the messaging with the audience’s goals to increase sales and customer retention.

He has worked with bloggers, niche website owners, restaurants, tutors, national brands, and professional speakers (among others). Dan primarily works with clients in mastermind groups, private consulting, group classes, workshops, and through customized consulting agreements.

Melissa Earl

Melissa is a mom to 2 girls and 2 boys. She is the wife to a law student as well so you can imagine her time is very valuable to her. She has been blogging since 2008 and currently blogs at Living A Frugal Life.

Melissa began blogging as a coupon and deal blogger. She loves a deal and did practical couponing for many years and continues to use it in her life today. She quickly found out that deal blogging didn’t fit into her family as her kids began to grow. While she loved it, she decided that family should be first and she needed to move on to other parts of the frugal life that she had been receiving many questions about.

In 2012 Melissa decided to rebrand her blog and make it a frugal family finance blog. She has spent the last year rebuilding her blog traffic and re-learning how to monetize her site with other things then affiliates. She is currently working on creating her own products and creating a program for families to get their finances in order and live the life they love on the income they have.

Who is a good fit for this workshop?

Bloggers who have traffic to their websites, have been blogging for a while, are making a little money but are ready to take the next steps are the best fit for this program.

If you’ve tried Adsense, affiliate marketing, sponsored posts or membership sites as a monetization course, you’d be perfect for this class.

What I’d like to avoid are “first week bloggers”. If you just installed your blog for the first time, this is not the conference for you. Leave a comment and I can point you in the right direction, but here we’re not going to be addressing “what is a plugin” or any basic WordPress skill.

The Details

Every city brings us to a new place. I love that many of them aren’t hotel conference rooms but are something more local and fun.

Melissa found this place for us. I think it’s the coolest looking place thus far. I mean this place has Werewolf Night and Minecraft Night on their events calendar. Crazy Fun!

The Fun

The main sales page says there are only 35 seats available. . . at $139 each. But as a member of Teresa’s CA Mom Bloggers group, we’re offering you a special deal. For every one that buys a ticket, we’d love to have you bring a friend for only $99. That’s Buy One Get One for $99. :)

Setting this up in PayPal wasn’t hard, but after I did it I really thought it was quite confusing for you to navigate. I mean. . . what if you wanted to just split the total down the middle? So instead of doing that ridiculousness, sign up here and I’ll email you asking how you’d like that divided, then I’ll send both of you a registration invoice. (Better for taxes that way, too). :)
