Welcome to our Sequoia Curriculum (1/2 Day)

9:30 a.m. Start. . . but that’s when we really start. Networking, camaraderie, and set-up start at 8:30 if you’re so inclined. But at 9 we begin 6 hours of instruction in 3 hours of engagement.

9:30 a.m.

“How to be Awesome”

Let’s talk about where your company fits into the lives of your customers. Knowing what role you play leads to product development, traffic opportunities, increased revenue and joint ventures you didn’t know where possible.

10:15 a.m.

“The SEO Algorithm Never Changes”

No matter what the search engines do, the algorithm remains the same as no matter when you search, the most relevant results win. Let’s talk about designing a site that’s never affected by Google’s mood swings.

11:00 a.m.

“Good Data Means more Money”

When you set up your advertising dashboards and analytics dashboards right you can be making more money instantly. In this session we’ll show you how to increase your revenue before the day is over and forever after.

11:30 a.m.

“YouTube Strategy: Give them a path”

Our biggest problem as marketers with YouTube is shiny button syndrome. They make it so easy to just click other videos. We’re going to discuss the strategy that keeps viewers engaged with your videos, moves them to other videos and your site. And how to use the data from the strategy to make even better videos

12:00 p.m.

“Clusters: finding traffic without search”

Millions of people across the globe want exactly what you have. Let’s talk about how to find them, stand in front of them and bring them back.
