“Overcoming Online Business Risks: Protect the Goal”When you’ve built a site that is achieving required goals or paying the bills, we’ve got to pay attention to the risks that could alter that. Put on your CEO hat and let’s talk about overcoming the risks so you can grow with confidence. |
10:15 a.m. |
“How to be Awesome”Let’s talk about where your company fits into the lives of your customers. Knowing what role you play leads to product development, traffic opportunities, increased revenue and joint ventures you didn’t know where possible. |

11:15 a.m. |
“Clusters Marketing: Millions want what you have”A marketing calendar is great, but by itself it’s just paper. Instead of filling it with post ideas and Facebook schedules, let’s create a plan that has you standing in front of your target every single day. There are millions of people who want what you have, they just don’t know you exist yet. Let’s go get them. |
12:00 p.m. |
“Messaging: Howard Stern’s Success isn’t an Accident”The smallest pieces build the biggest things. Make these tiny tweaks to your overall messaging and you’ll start building your real community faster. And you’ll be in a position to change your fans into cheerleaders. |
12:45 p.m. | Lunch: We are a 100% gluten free conference and will provide a lunch everyone loves. We even make it easy for vegetarians. Imagine a taco bar with corn tortillas and the chicken separate from the veggies. Yummy |
1:30 p.m. |
“Don’t Write an Ebook!”The product creates the community. We’ll help you understand product pricing, how to sell, marketing, what to include to make it viral, the value of early adopters, when to start selling on Amazon and when you shouldn’t “write an ebook” |
2:15 p.m. |
“Good Data Means more Money”When you set up your advertising dashboards and analytics dashboards right you can be making more money instantly. In this session we’ll show you how to increase your revenue before the day is over and forever after. |
3:00 p.m. | Snack Break: A little chocolate never hurt anyone. Except that for exception guy |
3:15 p.m. |
“YouTube Strategy: Give them a path”Our biggest problem as marketers with YouTube is shiny button syndrome. They make it so easy to just click other videos. We’re going to discuss the strategy that keeps viewers engaged with your videos, moves them to other videos and your site. And how to use the data from the strategy to make even better videos |
4:00 p.m. |
“80/20 Focus: Know where the money comes from”As the rule states and as has come true for every website review we do, 80% of the revenue comes from 20% of the traffic/products/posts. Let us show you how to determine that. How to then get rid of the 80% and truly focus on the 20% that your audience loves. With focus we can make more money and more friends |
